NextGen is the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond’s initiative for young adults to connect, lead, and make an impact. We bring together individuals in their 20s, 30s, and early 40s to build meaningful relationships, strengthen Jewish identity, and create a vibrant future for our community. We welcome all who identify with the Jewish community—whether you were born Jewish, have converted, are exploring your connection, practice a little or a lot, or identify as LGBTQ+. Our goal is to create an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone belongs. Through social events, networking opportunities, and travel opportunities, NextGen empowers everyone to shape Jewish life in Richmond and beyond.
