Science tells us that when a group of people drum together, their heartbeats actually synchronize, their heart rates and blood pressure go down and they feel more connected to themselves and to each other. It’s time to connect again and renew our sense of belonging!  Join us for a casual and festive interfaith community dinner to welcome Shabbat and experience an interactive drumming circle with Pathways to Rhythm.  Open to all.  This event will be held outside, weather permitting.
