WE INVITE ALL 7TH - 12TH GRADE STUDENTS MEMBERS
& NON-MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS FREE
PROGRAM: VOICES OF THE HOLOCAUST
THIS FREE IAC PROGRAM IS SPECIFICALLY CURATED FOR TEENS. USING
PRIMARY SOURCES, EYEWITNESS TESTIMONY, AND SURVIVOR
ACCOUNTS. WE WILL EXPLORE WHAT LIFE WAS LIKE FOR INDIVIDUALS
WITH VARYING PERSPECTIVES DURING THE HOLOCAUST. AMONG THE
TOPICS DISCUSSED: AN INTRODUCTION TO THE HOLOCAUST, YOUTH
MOVEMENTS, AND THE ROLES OF ORDINARY PEOPLE, PERSECUTION,
AND DEHUMANIZATION, ‘LIFE’ IN THE GHETTOS, AND CONCENTRATION
CAMPS, RESISTANCE, RESCUE, LIBERATION, AND MORE.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

WHERE, HOW, & WHY.

ORDINARY LIVES; YOUTH MOVEMENTS.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH 5:00-6:30 PM LESSON III: PERSECUTION &
DEHUMANIZATION.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH 5:00-6:30 PM LESSON IV: ‘LIFE’ IN THE
GHETTOS & CAMPS; RESISTANCE.
SUNDAY MARCH 12TH 5:00-6:30 PM LESSON V: RESCUE & LIBERATION
