A Tu Bishvat Seder is a ritual observance held on the "New Year for Trees." During the Tu Bishvat Seder, participants consume a variety of fruits and nuts, particularly those associated with the land of Israel. Each type of fruit represents different aspects of spiritual growth (our Inner World) and connection to the environment (our Outer World), and there are four cups of grape juice, each symbolizing different levels of spiritual ascent and representing the changing seasons.

- This is not a meal. Please eat dinner before or after.
