After you’ve had some fun and discovered a new favorite drink, CBS 6 anchor Bill Fitzgerald will host a brief, informative program about how you can help kids and teens in Virginia’s foster care system.

 

The pandemic brought the entire foster care system to a halt: without children attending school or other activities, cases of abuse and neglect went unreported; without the courts open, children’s adoptions had to wait. Unfortunately, we expect many new children and teenagers will enter foster care now that schools have reopened.
