TOPIC: EXPLORING THE SHAVUOT HOLIDAY

Students will learn about the Shavuot holiday, its origin, customs and practices, as well as how to make Shavuot meaningful in your own home. As a bonus, everyone who comes to the Shavuot class will receive the ingredients for a Shavuot-worthy “no bake” cheesecake. Yum!

Join us for our informal learning sessions where we explore (and debate!) Jewish ideas about life. New topics at every session, from complex questions about God to creating a more loving world. This series is open to anyone aged 13+ who is Jewish, wants to be Jewish, loves a Jewish person, or is just a little “Jewcurious”.
